With 25+ years of senior management experience, Mary’s career began at one of the world’s largest franchise companies, Cendant Corporation (now Realogy, Wyndham Worldwide) rising to Marketing Director of the Preferred Alliance group for Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, seven hotel brands, and RCI Timeshare. DeBonis then co-founded Get2Creative, a strategic marketing communications agency as brand specialist for Heineken, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy and other top brands. Most recently, DeBonis marketed the corporate-owned tutoring centers at Huntington Learning Centers and directed branding and onboarding for franchisees at Happinest (franchisor of Lawn Doctor, Mosquito Hunters and EcoMaids).
