Based in London, Rob will lead sales in the UK, European and Middle Eastern Regions.
Recognized as one of Management Today’s Top 40 over 40*, Rob launched his impressive career as an Advertising Account Executive at standouts, including News International and The Mirror Group. Then, as Commercial Manager for the Automobile Association, Rob built a revenue base of $5.5 million US (£4million) across their digital and publishing platforms. Engaged in the digital and Ad Tech space, Rob headed sales for Burst Media, BabyCentre and Captify before taking on his position as General Manager, EMEA at ConnectDG, a land and expand consultancy that helped US and European tech businesses launch into new markets overseas. More recently Rob was head of Equalize, a D&I practice, helping businesses to foster a spirit of diversity and inclusion as they grow and provide recruitment solutions to match talented older workers with age-friendly businesses.
