Depending on your workspace settings, you may need to submit a project for approval before exporting. You will know you have to receive administrator approval if you see a bar indicating so on your canvas, as well as a “Submit for Approval” button in place of the “Export” button:
Once finished with your project, click “Submit for Approval.” This will bring up the submit for approval popup.
Take a look at your Workspace approvers. On submit, each of these people will receive an email indicating that you submitted a project for approval. Leave a note for the approvers explaining what your project is for, deadlines, etc.
Press Submit and close the Design Canvas. Note that any changes made to the project after submitting will require resubmission before export.
