Understanding Asset Tiles

Assets are displayed in the Brand Library as tiles. Each asset tile includes information about that asset in visual format.

To select multiple assets, start with the first asset you want to select and check the checkbox at the top right of its tile.

Asset types #

Assets in the BAM are differentiated using a series of icons to identify the asset type. The icon is found at the top left of each asset tile in the BAM.

Asset status and notes #

Asset status is indicated at the top left of the asset tile, right next to the asset type icon. Any additional icons that appear here will tell you more about that asset.

Expired: The asset had a specified end date, after which it is no longer available for use.

Locked: The asset has been ‘locked’ by an administrator and is no longer available for use.

Private: You have uploaded this asset to the BAM but decided not to share it with your colleagues.

Notes: This asset has notes associated with it. Click on the Notes icon to see a quick view of the notes, or access the Asset Dashboard to review.

Pins and Favorites #

Assets can be promoted and saved by both administrators and users in Inkbench. When an asset has been pinned by an administrator, or ‘favorited’ by a user, the icons found at the lower right corner will fill in to display that status. Clicking on the icons will toggle the status, depending on your role.
