Navigate to the Brand Library.
Click the “Upload” button located in the top-right corner of your screen. This brings up the upload window.
To queue files for uploading, either drag the files from your desktop or click the “Select from My Computer” button. After selecting one or multiple files, you should notice the preview, name, and file size of the file(s) you are uploading. To remove a file from the upload queue, click the red minus icon.
Select the appropriate options for your asset(s). Note: The options you choose will apply to all assets in the queue, and these options can be changed later in the Brand Library.
- Expires: By entering a date, you can control how long the file will be accessible to users in the DAM. By leaving the expiration box blank, the file will not expire.
- Visibility: If you would like all members of your team have access permission to this file, mark the file as public. If you wish to not share the file with your team at this time, mark the file as private.
Add metadata relevant to your asset(s).
- Workspace metadata: If your Workspace has custom metadata enabled, those options will appear in the left column. Fill out the appropriate fields.
- Keywords: Add keywords describing the asset(s) to make it easier for you and other team members to locate and access the file later on. To add keywords, type each keyword and press enter or click on popular keywords from your organization. You must include at least one keyword.
Click Upload Files.
Once the upload is complete, you can close the Upload window, or it will close automatically after five seconds. The new asset will appear in your Brand Library.
