When working on the Design Canvas, the images panel allows you to select from your uploaded brand assets to include on a project. But you may have noticed that not all of your uploaded assets appear. Why is that?
The images panel on the Design Canvas only includes assets that
- Are images — these are JPG, PNG, or SVG files
- Are allowed by the administrator to be available on the Design Canvas
If you are not seeing the assets you expect to see, first visit your Brand Library.
If the asset appears in the Brand Library itself, the next thing to check is the file type. If the asset is not an image (a PDF will not be available for use on the Design Canvas), that explains why you cannot see it on the Design Canvas. Try converting the file to an image format and re-uploading.
If the asset is an image file that appears in the Brand Library, but still does not appear on the Design Canvas, it is possible your administrator has intentionally removed the asset from design usage. Contact your administrator for additional information.
